How long is processing/shipping time for an order?

Each order takes approximately 3 weeks to ship out. Sometimes a little longer, depending on the volume of orders. 

Can phone numbers be added to the back of a resin tag?

Unfortunately, we do not offer phone numbers on resin tags. But, lots of our customers are very pleased with ordering a metal phone number tag sepereatly to attach the the key ring. This gives the tags a layered look. It is very cute!
